• In last night’s Dem debate, Hillary Clinton blasted opponent Bernie Sanders for his positions on gun control. When asked if she believed the Vermont senator was tough enough on the issue, she responded, “No, not at all.” Sanders defended his positions as coming “from a rural state.”
• Donald Trump live-tweeted his reactions to the first Dem debate, re-tweeting supporters and adding his own commentary. But while many expected him to be active on social media, Trump was tame by his usual standards , responding more to supporters’ hopes that he “make America great again.”
